The company's global marketing president hinted that a Mac Pro is still in the pipeline, which will potentially feature the company's powerful M2 Ultra chip. ![]() ![]() However, Apple has failed to introduce an updated Mac Pro with an M-series chip as of yet. These custom chips not only feature enhanced CPU and GPU capabilities, but the lower power consumption also contributes to improved battery life. Over the past few years, the Cupertino giant has gracefully managed to shift from Intel to its in-house M-series chips.
